Terms and Conditions

  1. All items listed here are 100% brand new.
  2. The colors might be slightly different from the actual item, due to light reflection and monitor settings.
  3. All items are based on 'first come first serve' basis, reservations are not permitted.
  4. Place order only if you agree with the item price and delivery charge.
  5. All payments can only be made through online banking (Maybank2U or other banks) and ATM transfer.
  6. Ordered items will be sent out within the next 3 working days after receiving full payment.
  7. All items are inspected before sending out to ensure they are in good condition, therefore we do not hold responsibility for damages or lost in the mailing process.
  8. Goods sold are not exchangable, returnable or refundable.

*Pre-Order (~please take note~)
  1. All pre-order items take around 2 weeks (working days) to arrive to buyers after closing date. Updates (of order status) will be posted here from time to time.
  2. Payment has to be made before the closing date of each batch. Late payment will either be refunded or saved for next batch order depending on buyers' request.
  3. No refund will be accepted for cancellation of order after payment is made, unless items ordered are out of stock.
  4. For out of stock items, 100% refund of the exact amount will be given back to buyers through Maybank. Transfer charges will be bear by buyers if the amount is to be transferred to banks other than Maybank.

About Blacklisted Customers...

Before this we don't practice the act of blacklisting customers, as I believe that eveybody has the right to choose to buy or not to buy something. So I'm fine with people who made and cancelled orders.

But then... the issue of backout and MIA buyers have become really serious, they don't email me to cancel the order, they just flew and disappeared into thin air. Some gone missing after confirming the order, some straight away disappeared after placing order, while some confirmed promised to pay but didn't pay or reply my mail, and then later resurface after many days to cancel the order or just hid themselves forever. This has caused much inconveniences to us and also the genuine buyers who really wanted the items.

As a result, we've now decided to blacklist those irresponsible buyers who fail to make payment or respond to emails after their orders have been confirmed ('order confirmed' means you submitted the order form and we've sent you an invoice containing your order and payment details).
For those buyers who have been blacklisted, no worries as we don't plan to publish your details online YET (although we serve the right to do so if you match any one of the criteria above, after these rules have been officially published in the 'Terms and Conditions' section). However, your future orders will no longer be entertained.
